At Barcroft Academy, we are proud of our LEGO Lounge, a welcoming and engaging space that forms part of our wider pastoral and wellbeing offer.
Our LEGO Lounge provides a supportive environment where children can take part in LEGO®-based therapy, using the enjoyment of building and creating together to develop important social, emotional and communication skills.
Through carefully structured activities, children work collaboratively, share ideas, solve problems and develop positive relationships with others. Sessions encourage children to take on different roles, listen to one another and work towards a shared goal.
